Wallis Avenue, Maidstone Regeneration

Golding Homes plans to transform the heart of the Park Wood area of Maidstone with a £34m regeneration scheme.
The scheme will see the demolition of 234 flats in the Wallis Avenue area. In their place the housing association will build high quality new homes, predominantly family houses, along with a new shopping area and community facilities.
