Golding Homes plans to transform the heart of the Park Wood area of Maidstone with a £34m regeneration scheme.
The scheme will see the demolition of 234 flats in the Wallis Avenue area. In their place the housing association will build high quality new homes, predominantly family houses, along with a new shopping area and community facilities. |

markhantonStudio will work closely with London based PCKO Architects to create an external landscape design which follows a number of key principles to create an attractive and safe environment with traffic calming and pedestrian priority at its heart, and a social neighbourhood were residents are encouraged to interact through the provision of high quality public spaces.
